Family Tree and Google Maps

Many years ago I wrote an application called GedGenie that converted Gedcom files into HTML. I stopped development as better opensource alternatives became available.

More recently I ressurrected GedGenie with a new mission, to validate family trees. My family tree had grown enormous with many branches, and I was finding it difficult to manage and check. I also started to add some 'advanced features', the main one being output to Google Earth.

The KML files are best viewed in Google Earth, but for a quick look Google Maps is OK. Below you will find some links to Google Maps of various Pimblott Trees

The following pages show various views of the Pimblott Family tree in Google Maps. You can also download the file to load into Google Earth.
